What is the oddest thing you've been paid to detail?

My father-in-law had me "detail" their Outside Table and Chairs. 4 tables, 18 chairs. They are spread thoughtout their "estate" and sit in the hot AZ sun with bird crap all over them.

Not really odd, just HUGE!

Scott,

How much did you charge for doing the RV? That thing is a monster. A friend of mine has one and I was thinking of asking him if he wanted it detailed. It' about the same size as that one.

Yaz-that is a 44' coach, not an RV. Full sized tour bus. $1.3 million. Cost more than the guy's house!

Anyway, I washed it, waxed the front end (no time to wax the whole thing, but wanted the bugs to come off easier next time), sprayed down the engine, cleaned the windows and dressed the tires. Since I could let it air dry because of his water deionizer, the whole process took me a bit less than 4 hours. He paid me $150 + $25 tip. Works out to more than $40 an hour.
