What is the best WINDOW waterspot remove really stubborn waterspots?

I know 3D's waterspot remover works, but with a lot of elbow grease, and my detailer just doesn't want to use 3D products. Can you guys recommend another product? Believe me - these are really stubborn waterspots, so this product will need to be at least as effective as 3D's.

I take it that this isn't the detailer that wanted to use 3D Express Wax on your car?



Test a spot with vinager and steel wool. It should do the trick pretty easy.
 
Can you post a picture to give us an idea of the magnitude?



I have encuntered some *really bad* spots that even DG nuglass applied via rotary with a yellow spot pad couldn't take out completely :o
 
I only have a simple point-and-shoot camera so I don't think I could take a good picture, but my detailer did use one of the more reputable waterspot removers (don't remember which one) and it didn't remove anything. He even used a metal polish, but it scratched the glass more than it removed waterspots.
