What is the best way to make a black cloth convertible top black again?

This Solara convertible top is black but it has some spots that dont look totally black except when wet. Does anyone know a method or product to give those spots a black look even when not wet? Thanks in advance.

Thanks so much for the reply. Is there some sort of special die made for this? It is only a few spots. Would I have to redye the whole top? That probably would not be worth it.

Thanks Jim. I had heard of raggtopp before. I just didnt know if the cleaner would be enough. I see so many dyes for vinyl but not for fabric.

THANKS MD.

MY QUESTION IS DOES THAT "RAGGTOPP" JUST CLEAN AND PROTECT OR WILL IT MAKE SOME LESS THAN BLACK SPOTS BLACK AGAIN?.

Sorry my caps locked. :)

I have a client that uses Black shoe polish, liquid. Works great for them for touch up areas on this 20yr old top, its not a perm solution but cheap for cost.

Cheers,

GREG

Sorry for the sarcasm, but just park it in your garage and turn the lights off. Don't stumble over something, though.

I guarantee you won't see those spots.
