An acronym for Liquid Sealant/Polish I'm thinking....hehehe

Definitely not a stupid question.

LSP originally meant Last Step Process, which was a term coined by Mike Philips of AG to mean what ever the last step was. If you wiped the car down with a quick detail spray, this would be your LSP.

LSP has evolved to mean Last Step Protectant/Product, which is the final wax or sealant (synthetic wax) used on the car.

We actually have an acronym list. It has probably been a while since it was last updated, but it will probably get you further down the road than you are now. And echoing the sentiment above, don't fear asking questions. Welcome to the forum.
