Is it like a menzerna powerlock ?

I thought it was an AIO like poli-seal but it doesnt say anywhere on the bottle that it do correction.

Poxy is a long-life sealant that offers more of a glossy appearance like that of a carnauba.

The routine would be HD Uno + HD Poxy.

I don't think the Poxy will offer any correction. It's a LSP.

I bougth the combo uno+poxy. It was 5$ more so I said why not lol? I will have to test it comparing to my wet-looking powerlock or so easy ease of use Hydro-seal.

I have a duration test running this winter season with Poxy vs. FK 1000p. The Poxy is a thoroughly modern product, super-ez to use. Both products are doing well, the Poxy continues to retain a slight lead in terms of slickness, but winter really has not happened for us this year.

It is simply the best sealant I have ever used !!! I have tried many and Blackfire Wet Diamondcomes the closest. You will love it!!!

interesting! I did hydro-seal vs fk1000p.. so far both are still holding up.

I recently picked up poxy for the first time. I can not get over how little is needed to cover a whole car. Using a DA I don't think I'm using more then 10 drops to cover a car. Super easy to use as well and no streakyness.

You guys have me rethinking the Poxy, just gotta see how it holds up for you under extreme conditions- nasty winter weather, strong-shampoo washes, etc. And, how its dirt-shedding compares with FK1000P.

EDIT: Could somebody please spare me a search...does Poxy stain trim?

You are right. Accumulator..... I say it is the best I have ever used but I apply a fresh coat every month because of the love of detailing.

FK1000 lasts longer in all this rain, but look wise fk is a 1 and poxy is a 10! I use the pc or flex 3401 to apply, 8 to 10 tiny dots is all one needs to cover a vehicle. I deliberately put it on trim to get that new look.

BFWD was my go-to sealant, easy to use - heck - even I couldn't screw it up! But, after using Poxy, I doubt I'll buy anymore BFWD. BFWD does have a few minor issues, whatever pad you use to apply will be useless for anything else, there's NO cleaning it. BFWD does leave a white stain on trim, it's not that difficult to remove though.

Thanks to all who've responded to my Qs, very informative. And I appreciate your going over it for the umpteenth time (I'm actually paying attention this time!).

It sounds like I'll be sticking with FK1000P on the Tahoe and vehicles like that, but the Poxy might be worth considering for, say....the S8, where I'm redoing the UPP all the time anyhow.

Tom,

Try topping Poxy with FK1000. The results are just incredible. I usually do this for my regular maintenance customers going in to and out of the seasons. Just beautiful gloss and depth and makes my maintenance washes just ridiculously easy.

First post/long-time reader here. So I bought Poxy right when it first came out 2 years ago, and to my understanding it's been reformulated a few times. What is the current version, V4? And is it much different than the bottle I have?

Welcome !!! That is a good question. I have some of the older Poxy and can't image it being much better!!!
