What happened to Clea Kote?

What happened to ClearKote? Are they still in business? Just used up my last bottle of Red Moose Machine Glaze and can`t find it anywhere online.

It does look like they are gone, their website doesn`t work and the last post on their facebook page is from 2012.

I do remember their being some discussion about this previously here or at AGO, but I searched and can`t find anything. Scottwax knew the owners, but that doesn`t help much since he doesn`t post here anymore. My vague recollection is they were only selling through their website, and didn`t have any distributors anymore, but it looks like that`s done.

Back in the day their Quik Shine was my go to detailer. It was also great for cleaning glass.
