What first....Clay Bar, or Chip repair?

Hm, that's a good question. I think you could do it either way since I don't think they would interfere with each other all that much.
 
I would say that clay would go first. You will need to clean out the area the chip is anyway, so you might as well clay it first and then go in with the alcohol and all that good stuff. You wouldn't want to clay for a day or two after doing a chip repair anyway. Clay first, repair later. That would be my advice.
