what exactly is going on here?

Why do some waxes (ex: #26) require some time to haze before remoal while others (ex. s-100) do not require this hazing time?
 
solvent based waxes need time to allow the solvents to evaporate and dry the wax ( haze ), non solvent based waxes do not ( S100 ).
