Oooooh, yum, bar-b-q! Went through KC last month and stopped twice at Fiorella's Jack Stack (Overland Park area) - the ribs were to die for!

They do mail order...I'm in trouble now.

What else I do: photography, digital image enhancement and wood working.

You were about 2 minutes from my house, I live just west of there about 5 blocks. I run by Jack Stack's in the morning, early, and the smell of the smoke getting rolling puts a smile on my face.

I will be smoking on a team at The American Royal in a month or so as well, it'll be fun.
 
Ok, here is my list -

Just started my own Detailing Business so I am very busy with that, and trying to network with others out here to get more customers.

I really love my Sweetheart and have lots of fun and laughs with her. We both love and follow Formula-1 Racing, and our dream is to attend the race someday at Monaco! :)

I love spending time with my Step-kids here and am amazed at how quickly they have grown and matured in the 7 years since I married their Mom.

I wish I could spend more time with my Parents and Siblings in Texas; hope to get to take a Detailing-Road-Trip down there someday soon and see them and detail out their rides.

When I am not in the garage, I am working out in our huge back yard and smaller front. It takes alot of work, but I enjoy and it and it has a way of "grounding" me again, and allows me to relax and think of alot of things in the quiet out there.

I love working with our GSD's they are so smart and beautiful, and if you surprise them by trying to sneak in a back gate, they surprise is on you when you see all those big white teeth ! :)

I have spent a couple of years now trying to get work in my 40+ year career field, but have not had much success at it, hence the Detailing Business..

I attend a Church and am glad for this and all I have learned and know by Faith and Testimony to be true.

Love BBQ, especially anything BBQ'd in Texas ! :) Love Mexican food, and know that it is really good again, in Texas.. :)

Have a ton of projects to finish out on la Casa this year, or next, want to paint the entire inside, and remove some popcorn ceilings upstairs that drive me crazy..

Hope to be able to get a truck sometime, so that I can expand my Detailing Business - but cant find a Dealer that will trade me straight across for a '2008 Lexus IS350 fully loaded with 2,170 miles.. Its a strange world we live in...:)

Ok, back to finishing detailing one of our old cars that has to sit outside all year. It is getting the 2nd coat Of Blackfire Sealant and it looks beautiful !! :)

Love to grill as well, like to see how many variations of burger I can make.

Im big into, learning about the body and taking a scientific approach to weight training. Looking to get certified within the next 6 months and be able to make some profit off of that on the side as well... not that detailing isnt my primary, side job. :clap:
 
My wife and I work with a local animal shelter. We take in dogs that have been neglected, abused, are sick, or have behavioral problems, rehabilitate them, and teach them to be good pets. They then go back to the shelter to be adopted out. We have taken in, and worked with everything from a pregnant bassett to pit bulls.

I am a VW freak. I spend a lot of my free time working on and restoring old VWs at a shop near my house.

We are big in to home improvement and landscaping.

Oh yeah, I also love to cook and grill out.
 
Well, I am really into sports but mainly follow a few teams not everything. Mostly my home teams ;)

Obviously I have a detailing obsession, but I like to try and hack my way at cooking a meal haha!

I like to work out some and keep in shape,

I play golf pretty much every weekend with my dad. Its really just the thing we always do together, sunday after church we head out and play some holes! Been that way since I can remember :)

And my other hobby/obsession that Ive always had but has really came out as of late is planes! Love love love going to air shows (Blue Angels end of October!!!) and really wanting to get into the seat of a plane sometime soon!

And a tad bit of photography :)

I always thought those would be fun to try, but I don't really have a place to train on the swimming.

Never too late to start it up again, plus you get a great handicap with age in those races:rofl::rofl:

Wow, you guys really have a lot going on! I just work, try to detail on the weekends and spend as much time as I can with my kids -this week, I'm taking a day off to celebrate my oldest's 15th birthday, we're going to the DMV, she's getting a learners permit, I'm getting another ulcer!
