What dressings do you all like for dashboards/doors?

After properly cleaning dashboards and interior doors, what do you like to use to dress. I do not like a real greasy dressing. Is is possible to cut armor all in half w/ water?, or will that not mix properly. Any advice would be appreciated. Jamie B.

1Z CP and WG Vinyl & Rubber protectant. WG offers a bit more protection as 1Z is more of a detailer than a protectant. 1Z CP is completely matte while WG has a little bit of a sheen which lessens if you buff it after application.

I like Total Eclipse on dashboards/door panels, and NXT Tech Protectant on my shift boot. There are two strips of a coarse textured material on part of my lower dashboard, where I also prefer NXT TP. I'm a picky guy!

I use Chemical Guy's V.R.T., 1Z Cockpit Premium ( and the 1Z protectant I can pronounce, lol) & 303 protectant. I just received the new Meg's interior qd from David @ Autopia and I'm looking forward to trying for the 1st time in the near future.

I like PoorBoy's Natural Look. If it seems too shiny take the gloss off by polishing with a mf towel.

I like the appearance of NL over my old favorite 303.

I go over basically everything in my interior that is not leather with 303 at least 3 times a yr. I use a damp foam applicator and saturate it in 303. I wipe down all the surfaces and buff clean with a MF towel. This results in a streak free, grease free, matt finish. In between treatments of 303 I use a cockpit detailer such as sonus or meguiars.

Adam's VRT and Poorboy's Trim Restorer are my top choices.

For something with a very low key look, check out Optimum's Protectant.

I just (10min ago) tried PBs natural look and I dont really like it because of its application, kinda a pain IMO. I like to just wipe it on and not have to buff after. It also didn't go on too even and seemed to streak, I even applied with a sponge applicator. I personally think Mothers Protectant is far better and has a very similar look.

Anyone what to trade for some NL? lol

303 is my favourite for interior plastics, leaves a very nice satin sheen, not greasy at all. I have some Einszett protectant to try along with the 'Gummi Pflege' for the door rubbers - winter is fast approaching here in Scotland, already almost down to freezing temps at night.

Klasse VLRP gives a great matt finish and has great cleaning properties. Excellent for all interior surfaces.

The only dressing I have found so far to give me a totally factory look to my dashboard is Poorboys Natural Look. Its not the easist to apply as its fairly thick, but on a damp MF it works easier. Everything else I have tried has added some sheen or gloss including 303. Due to the NL not being super easier to apply I do that once a month and mantaion with either 1Z Cockpit premium or Megs Interior Quick Detailer for weekly clean ups, as both give a totally factory matte finish with no gloss. So far 6 months on with the above interior looks as it did from the factory.

Gummi Pflege on door seals too, great product.

Plan to try the Opt Protectant soon, does this leave a totally natural, factory, matte finish?

Richt - yes I should leave a factory matte finish

my fav's - wolfgang black diamond tire gel (my car) makes the charcoat jet black

gummifledge, 1Z Cockpit, Four Star Professional V & R protectant, Pinnacle, Blue Magic, Klasse VLRP and 303
