what do you wear during the hot summer?

im tired of having a farmers tan every year.. i look stupid with my shirt off.. its already started lol...i have heard that during the hot days here in texas that you should try to wear jeans and long sleeve shirts to keep the sun off your body.. people say it keeps your body cooler... is anything of this true?



im mobile so im always out in the sun at the customers house.. yeah i put on 100spf but i still get dark as hell and i hate it cause its only my arms and head lol

I'm interested too, what about the sweat wicking, breathable clothing? Something like Underarmour? Any suggestions? I sweat A LOT and would love to keep it off of me as it is so uncomfortable.

I drop another 15 pounds I'm showing up in a speedo.



I usually wear shorts and an under armor type shirt, and carry another 4-5 shirts with me and change them as needed. I also wear a baseball cap and a lot of sunscreen. Already have a sexy farmer's tan and it is early March.

Wear dickies shorts...and...**** can't remember the name but its a polo style shirt made out of bamboo fibers..breaths real well
