GRIOTS! In a gallon container the price is great and a great product!

Are you kidding me? "the price is great"? Are you talking about the one for $95 a gallon??

That tire dressing is no better that Bold and Bright, Armor All or Optimum Tire Shine and they are less than half the cost of the Griots Garage one.

I won't say I know who makes it nor how much it costs them....but man...$95!! :faint:

I'm currently working through a bottle of Meg's Hot Shine, whiich gives you a nice matt finish if you wipe it off soon after application...

interesting I thought I would hear at least one Enizett Rubber and Vinly response.

I've tried all the OTC products and there is nothing like it. Too bad its $18(w/ shipping).

Mothers Duration to seal the tyre then Bold'n'Bright to shine it up maybe once a month. Duration has been discontinued so am going to try Optimum Tyre Shine soon.

I like NXT Tech Protect It gives a fresh, matte look to tires and also great for interiors. It gives a "richer" look to the interior with a bit of shine. After applying to tires or interior buff off any excess and it comes out looking very nice. I have 3M Tire Dressing and NXT Tech Protect blows it away, longer lasting and looks better. Another good one is One Grand's E.R.V. Dressing. Nice matte look, but more expensive at $13 a bottle + shipping.

A friend of mine (always works that way doesn't it?) turned me onto Shining Monkey No Spitting Tire Shine. I was super reluctant to try it, but after using Meg's Endurance, and not really liking the application of it, heck, why not?

Shining Monkey works like a champ. The finish is almost a full gloss because I've seen others that are super glossy. Application is a breeze... Since it's an aerosol, just spray, wipe off any over spray from the rim/wheel, and you're off and running. No waiting time.

Anyone else try/like/use this product?

(for a Matte look)Adams VRT, Dupont Tire Shine, Meguiars Natural Shine,

(for a Glossy look) No Touch or Eagle One Wet Tire

(others) Poorboy's BnB, Optimum Tire Shine

I know why it cost so much. Part of it was those non-stop Griot's magazines in my mail box. What do you think those money comes from?

OJ tire dressing is the best. Shines like hell and is great price. Does not sling off of tires and is very wet look. Not oily like the bazooka crap.

Been using Eagle one high gloss tire dressing on the summer low profiles. Use Meguiars all season dressing on the regular tires.

I use a sponge to apply Meg's Gold class trim detailer mixed with 303 protectant on the sidewall after washing with a brush.

Best overall: Mothers reflections tire care, a very rich nice natural satin look. Smells great, sprays very easily, lasts a few weeks. The closest you can get to new rubber look.

If I want more shine, mothers FX is also great wihtout being too shiny.

Same here! The new Reflections Tire Care is excellent. It's like using Z16... but at half the price! :bigups

Anyone know who carries the Mothers Reflections Tire Care OTC? Today I tried Advance Auto Parts, Napa, AutoZone, PepBoys & Wal-mart with no luck. Sounds like a great product, I'd like to give it a try.
