What do you tow with?

What kind of trucks/vehicles do you guys tow with.



Myself and my business partner have a new 5x8 trailer, around 2200-2500 lbs fully laden with water, etc... He has a Jimmy that does the trick, but I need to get a truck to tow it as well in the coming month.



I dont want the same truck he has, any ideas? I have some, but lets see what autopia can come up with.

Whats your budget? I have a 2006 Toyota Tacoma with the 4.0 V6. It tows my enclosed 5x8 loaded up with about the same weight as you with absolutely no problems.

I bought a 2006 F-150 about a year ago and love it. Not sure what part of Michigan you are from but I got a great deal on my truck at Village Ford on Michigan Avenue in Dearborn.
 
nice rigs, yeah I am up in Oakland County, Lake Orion to be exact. I am trying to decide whether I want to do Pick-up or SUV... I am leaning towards SUV because whatever I get would be my only vehicle. Any other ideas out there?



Oh, and my budget is around $15,000.
