What do you think of this?

I saw one at a local detail supplier in the discount rack (go figure).....they look like a waste of money and clay....you want to feel the clay on the painted areas this will not allow you.

That thing's dangerous, if you don't stop every couple of seconds the clay will fill up with contaminants and mar the crap out of your paint. You also can't tell if the lube has evaporated so you'll either waste clay lube or leave behind sticking clay. The worst part is that if you get a piece of actual grit in the clay you'll scratch the paint really badly, the kind of scratches that it's hard to get out with a rotary.

This has been discussed here many many times! And a lot of us are very skeptical about its use. If I remember correctly awd330(Marj) has used one. And while she said it works well you are putting yourself at risk for lots and lots of damage!

On a side note! I would assume....that if you have a car that you have just clayed and wanted to make a SECOND pass this might not be a bad Idea! however I think the results vs risk are not worth it! Ill stick to claying by hand!
