What do you sit on when using a PC?

I'm just curious...what do you guys sit on when doing doors and fenders with a PC? If you stand or crouch the whole time, what types of pain medication do you take?:p

I bought a mechanic's roller seat from harbor freight. Love it! The little shelf on the bottom is great for holding a bottle of the product I'm using at the time.

Before that, I used the generic version of Excedrin Migraine. :)

I bought something similar to RegalGS, one of these:

I haven't even put it together yet, but I like how the seat is height adjustable so it makes working on the lower and upper panels easier. I can probably use it as a regular stool inside the house later too. :)

I have a seat also. I think i got it in sears. I hardly use it though.

In fact i dont like it when my guys use it.

It seems that when the sit on the seat they tend to take a lot longer to detail the car. Like they are relaxing.

I dont want them to rush any job, but i want them not to slack off either.

I am also fair with them, if they dont use it, i dont use it. I am not one of those bosses that takes advantage of them.

Oooooooooh! I want one! I've been needing to get one of those. I usually just end up using one of those cushions you sit on at the stadium and kneel on it while I work. The constant agony reminds me that I'm not getting paid by the hour and to hurry my arse up. I dream of having something like that though... maybe for my birthday this year I'll get one.
