What do you buy by the gallon?

I assume this question is directed at amateurs or the people who only occasionally doing paying jobs. A full-time pro ought to be buying gallons or larger of a long list of products. I'm definitely in the amateur class and my list is as follows:
Gallons
OPC Will repurchase. Yes, there are cheaper options but none I like as well and am as comfortable with
OCWC May repurchase Still one of my three or four favorite shampoos
Prima Hydro Wash May repurchase As above
Prima Hydro Wax As You Dry Probably won't repurchase in bulk, still an excellent product IMO but I don't use it as much as I used to
Micro-Restore and BF Microfiber Cleaner & Restorer Will continue to buy MF cleaners in bulk. The BF is slightly better than Micro-Restore IMO but price will probably decide what I repurchase. I also have an as yet untried sample of 3D Towel Kleen.
CarPro Eraser May repurchase in bulk, undecided

Half Gallon
Lusso Auto Bathe Would repurchase but bulk sizes are becoming difficult to source

Have not purchased in gallons or half gallons but would consider
CarPro IronX or equivalent for painted surfaces
Wheel cleaner Have tried several but still want to try 1Z, Scholl and Bilt Hamber before making a bulk purchase

I have bought many gallons of products.

It would be easier for me to list the products that I *don't* buy in (at least) one gallon quantities, which are products that I seldom use: leather treatments, trim sealant, and more recently polishes and compounds (used to buy those by the gallon too back when I did correction regularly), or products that don't come in gallons (1Z Anti-Insekt and 1z or Wurth Gummi Pflege).

Why *not* buy in gallons? Economies-of-scale and all that...not like shampoos/window cleaners/etc. go bad. Actually, IME very few products go bad as long as you don't let 'em freeze.

Sub'd. I just don't do enough work to buy a lot of products in gallons and like to try new products. APC'S and soaps are about all I buy in full gallon sizes

Well said House. I'm in the same boat with resepct to wanting different stuff. Still, if I can't imagine a better X, then why not have X in the big size and save 50% or more! Like S&W. I can't imagine being without that.

I might bite the bullet on Megs Hyper Dressing since so many people like it, as long as it works well on tires AND trim. ??

Megs 120 and FK 425. $18 and $25...can't beat it. We use the glass cleaner around the house and I've given away 1/2 a gallon to friends and family.

we always buy as much 5 gallon as possible. that's the biggest reason why we use a lot of different brands than you find on here because Meguiars 5 gallon jugs are very expensive with shipping.

Brands! We need brands!

Ah-haa!! I did not realize this was to be a product endorsement kind of discussion.

Things I've outgrown or replaced and will not repurchase:

Things I would like to be able to purchase in bulk packaging (dlux and CQuartz UK):

(Honestly, I'm trying to slim down and rid myself of things that haven't been touched for ages. I have shelves of stuff I don't need, so if there's someone in the Boston area that wants a really good deal, contact me via PM.)

I've bought the following products in gallon form (a few I regret, some I'd pass on, and others I’d order again):
· Chemical Guys EZ Cream Glaze (regret ordering this in a gallon format but it's a good product)
· Chemical Guys P40 Quick Detailer +wax (order again, this detail spay is slick like wet diamond)
· Chemical Guys Wash and Wax (order again, it was a great soap)
· Chemical Guys Microfiber Wash Cleaning Detergent Concentrate (order again or try something else, unsure)
· Chemical Guys Liquid Extreme Shine Oil Based Sprayable Dressing (pass on ordering this again)
· Chemical Guys Butter Wax (regret ordering this in a gallon format but it's a good product)
· Chemical Guys Mr. Pink Super Suds Car Wash Soap and Shampoo (order again, for my foam gun)
· Meguiar’s D101 All Purpose Cleaner (order again, it’s a useful APC)
· Meguiar's D149 Quik Interior Detail Spray (order again, best interior spray I’ve used)
· 303 Products Aerospace Protectant (order again, if I ever run out)

Despite the shopping list I’m not a huge Chemical Guy’s fan it just happens to be all that’s easily available in Montreal, Canada. The non CG’s stuff I had to drive states side to pick up (from PBMG).

I always bought QDs in large jugs, but now that I'm using IUDJ for most QD-tasks I have to almost force myself to reach for the FK425/FK146. Gave away my last gallon of SpeedShine before it went bad.

I bought gallons of Carpet Cleaning and Carpet Spotting concentrates years ago, and those're proving to be a lifetime supply, even though I also use them in the house.
