What bulk products do you use and like?

Right now I use mostly Megs Pro line of stuff, DACP, #40, #26, and APC. However Megs is missing some stuff, like a good wheel cleaner, window cleaner, sealant (using EX-P right now), and tire dressing.

So what do you guys like?

I'm really looking for a wheel cleaner that I can use on ALL wheels and a glass cleaner cheaper then SIG.

I like Automagic for bulk stuff. Actually, their non-acid wheel cleaner is my favorite and I find it plenty strong enough dilluted 50/50 with water so it REALLY saves money.

Tire dressing, I'm using Zep Protect-All. It's a gel concentrate that you, again, dillute 50/50 with water.

Automagic has some really good tire dressings and glass cleaners all available in bulk. I found them at www.sparkleauto.com

The best glass cleaner in bulk is Stoner Invisible Glass. You can get it in 5 gal. buckets for $50, and FREE SHIPPING!!!

go to http://www.detailingdirect.com/

To see the stoner bulk line up.

Otherwise i like to get Megs. In bulk, and really really cheap Purple Power degreaser. It is the best for its low low cost

I use Eagle One Pro Detail in gallons. All the stuff you asked about is available from them. Check out that Sparkle Auto link.

I was buying their glass cleaner in bulk (5 gallons at a time) but my local EO rep isn't very good about turning in payments in time. I've received past due notices even though I pay him directly. Apparently, he doesn't then forward the money to Valvoline in their required 30 days. I'm going to find someone else who is more responsible.

Any other EO products you like?

That detailingdirect link is great, the stoners stuff is pretty cheap. I'll probably try the IG, trim shine and tarminator. I'm interested in their wheel cleaner as well. Any other recommendations?

The EO stuff seems kind of expensive but I may try some of that as well.

I use DACP also. The bulk products I really like though, are Klasse AIO and SG in the big bottles (1 L) and 4 Star UPP in the gallon size. :xyxthumbs

I used to use AIO as a sealant after DACP and then wax over it but I got some EX-P and use that after DACP and get better results with one less coat of wax. You should check it out if you haven't already. EX-P is also much cheaper then AIO or SG.

Scott,

I've used their shampoo (like the stuff in stores but its pink), their glass cleaner (green), wheel cleaner (old A2Z formulation) and their Maxgloss tire dressing. All worked well for me. I used to have a contact inside E1 who would send me the stuff but now I'd probably just buy from Sparkle Auto.

While I like E1 products I too would not do business with a bad distributor. There are plenty of other good products and dists out there to put up with some dude playing money tricks.

Well I got some trim shine and IG from Stoners and some wheel cleaner from sparkleauto but does anyone have any ideas for a bulk leather conditioner?

I was using meguiars old leather cleaner/conditioner (yellow) and I liked it a lot but they switched to the new stuff (white) and it's not nearly as nice. It smells like chemicals and I really don't like that.

So I'm now looking for a new one that I can buy in gallons and costs no more then $25/gallon, any suggestions?

None of you you pros buying bulk from TOL/Hi-Temp, AutoInt, or Pro?

I think Bret mentioned Prowax,Intel486 use to buy Pro staf,I don't know if he does now,Anthony Orosco uses TOL staf.

Speaking of Pro.,does any of you guys use their Bug Guard.

I remember Aurora40 did the review, but I don't remember if it was Meguiars or Pro

Aurora and I have, even though no bugs happened to be around when I had it on I suspect it does very well once a car with BG and bugs on it is rinsed :up Megs doesn't have a bug guard product I'm aware of.

Thanks Bill,

It probably was Bug Bloc...

I like Meg's new glass cleaner from the detailer line.

If you buy it by the gallon.... once its fully diluted... it comes out to be about .45 cents per 32oz bottle (including cost of shipping). Thats CHEAP. lol

 Thanks Bret!

By shampoo, do you mean their carpet shampoo or car wash shampoo? How does the Maxgloss look? Really shiny, satiny or does it depend on the coats?

I need to call their main office and see if someone else services my area because I really like the savings of buying the glass cleaner in a 5 gallon jug vs buying 20/20 at AutoZone or Pep Boys.

dcswd, where do you buy this stuff ? I asked at a few local places but nobody carries the Detailer's Line.

Anybody tried Automagic ? They have a lot of prdoducts (IMO too much overlap) and definately available in bulk.
