Too many too list. In no particular order,
Engine Power
Detroit Muscle
Overhaulin'
Chasing Classic Cars
Wheeler Dealers
There are a number of shows that could really be great shows if it weren't for how they stage the reality part of their shows. Graveyard Cars, American Hot Rod, All Girls Garage, FantomWorks and Fast and Loud are just a few that I'd like to watch if I could just get past their celebrities. Others like Dallas Car Sharks and West Coast Customs have no redeeming traits. I like to watch more of the technical part of the shows and less of the faked reality they stick in the story lines. Wheeler Dealers mixes the reality and technical pretty well. That said, I like Overhaulin', go figure
Characters like Mark Worman (Graveyard Cars) and Duane Mayer (American Hot Rod) are just painful for me to watch. Unfortunately Mark is really a walking MOPAR encyclopedia, extremely knowledgeable, not sure what Duane has going for him. Once again, just my 2 cents and your mileage will probably vary.
