Problem with getting a bunch of dudes together is that you dont know the quality of their work and they represent you.
 
Just a suggestion but get some money up front before you start and keep it coming "Before" you finish. I think something isn't quite right!

However, ask to see the vehicles and ask every other question you can think of, before you sign a contract, and you "WILL" need a contract at that level of business.
