We've just become obsolete........

I can see my neighbor using that now!!!!!! He buys all the latest crazes!!! Its a portable hand held swirl-o- matic. No need to wait in long lines at the carwash when you can do it anywhere with just a cup of water:dnaughty:dnaughty

I saw this on TV and meant to post it here but couldn't find the ad on YouTube.

Needless to say, I'm disgusted but yet, almost pissed myself laughing. :rofl :rofl :rofl :lmfao

Is the sponge made in Germany? They make good stuff or is it just good old American engi-marketing?

I saw this commecial, and both my wife and I stopped and stared in shock. People buy this stuff!?

I'll bet applying wax with a brick does less damage. :notme:

anti-bacterial?
Not unique to this sponge. Treating sponges with Triclosan, an anti-bacterial/anti-fungal agent (pesticide?) or Microban, an anti-microbial agent has become somewhat common place.

$15 for two sponges, let's see that's about 7 Pro-Line grout sponges. I know I have to add my own soap, and they are not anti-bacterial, and I haven't as yet tried them as a wax applicator. :)

I guess I have a different opinion of the swirl inducing potential for these. Just about any wash media (or drying media) can add surface marring. I don't see these being more prone to do so than others. The idea of adding some wax/polymers etc. to a car wash certainly isn't revolutionary. Of course claims for the amount of protection left behind might be just a tad overstated. :D

your gonna love my sponge, your what, your gonna love my sponge,

its like a wash mitt, its like a wax applicator its like a miracle just wipe it work it and wash it . LOL
