Wetsanding wheel question

So I'm refinishing my wheels on my work truck today and had a question about wet sanding. How long should I wait to wet sand after the coat is dry should I wait the three hours handling time and recommend or should I wait for the paint to cure which is a seven day period?

I would wait atleast 4 hours, it definitely needs time to cure, also make sure it's a non humid environment.

It is in my garage with a propane heater on low temp is around 75 in there.

If can today I am wetsanding, comp, and polishing. Then applying PA Supersport next week
