Wetsanding....is there a tutorial out there anywhere?

I'd suggest not going more aggressive than 2500 UNIGRIT paper. Follow up with a compound and wool pad with a rotary.

Wouldn't the grit be determined by what he's trying to remove? 25k won't do a dang thing to orange peel.

One thing I recommend when wet sanding is the Four Star AEG. It is so much better than using water in my opinion.
