Wet tire too?

Throwing a car wash and trying to use the QUICKEST methods possible for the service......so, please tell me there's a tire shine i can use on tires while they're still wet and they'll come out nice. They don't have to be Autopian quality it's just a little $10 express wash at an Advanced Auto.

Stoner's More Shine Tire Shine. Works great, takes about 10 seconds to do a wheel and I have done a half wet, half dry and it worked out pretty well. Maybe just run a towel around the wheel quickly to remove most of the water.

I've used No Touch on semi-wet tires with good results. It comes in a spray can - quick, easy, and effective.
