I tried the deleting search history on AOL yesterday and that allowed me to veiw the site but when I sarted ordering is when I got an error message again.

I had to use Foxfire to get my order in .PAC's sales and free shipping are the best! :judge:
 
I like the new site. However:

I don't see Optimum Opti-Clean. Does that mean you're out of stock, or you aren't carrying it, or it is forgotten? Some kind of "Available now" or "Out of stock" message would be good.

I got the error like others did. I wouldn't have known it was my browsers cookie problem unless I was on this site. I was just figuring the site was broken. Most non-techies won't think to kill cookies.

The "You may also like" section keeps suggesting the same items. Seems like it would be related to previous orders, recently viewed, or my cart selections.

This is likely an error with the transfer; I will forward this to the powers that be. We are still selling and carrying Opti-Clean (to my knowledge).

The search is OK but could use some work.

  • The new Meguiar's Microfiber discs are kind of hard to find. Search "Meguiar's disc" and the cutting discs come up but not the finishing.

Also, it would make sense to have related products show up. For example, if I find any one of the new Meguiar's DA system products, the others should be available as a related link.

I really love the look of the new site! I've been a big fan of PAC for quite a while and it's always the first place I start to shop for my detailing supplies. However, I would like to offer some criticism that is not intended to be mean-spirited, but to highlight and area for improvement.

On two separate occasions, I have been burned by the PAC website's inability to communicate on-hand inventory quantities, or lack there of, to the the customer. On each occasion, I sat idly for 2-3 days waiting for shipping notifications. After inquiring about the order status, I found that some items were on back order. I mention this because there are competitor websites capable tracking inventory levels and quickly notifying customers of out of stock items.

I really love the site and the staff at PAC, as they have always been more than helpful. I would just like to see PAC to be just as good, if not better, than the rest.
 
I think I found another bug. If I add a Pick 6 of LC Flat 5.5" pads it says out of stock no matter what colors I choose, but if I add the same colors individually or via 3 pack it says they're in stock.
 
Awards Program

Did the "Awards Program" survive the change to the new site ?

I cannot find any reference to it.
 
The Rewards program is still in effect to my knowledge. Thank you guys so much for the feedback, both positive and constructively critical. The crew at PAC is working around the clock to iron out bugs and add products that got lost during the transfer.

Does it work the same?

On the old site there was a link to the rewards program where you could check your accumulated points.

I can not find any such link on the new site.

Also, on the page where your points showed you could find your number that you used as a coupon code at check out to get your earned discount.

Since it was on that page, I never wrote down the number. Who should I call to get my number?
