Try using brake cleaning fluid but you will need to protect the paint again afterwards.

I live near Carlisle in Cumbria, about 30 mins away from the Lake District :) It is cold and wet, but I would not live anywhere else

Get a nice soft horse hair brush, that'll do the job :xyxthumbs



Steve, that is a particularly harsh climate over there :( but its a nice scenic part of the country which makes up for things a bit :D
