If you are willing can a few of you take a run through my website. I am currently only about 60% done. I have a few dozent things to finish up. I am looking to get some comments though.

Due to forum rules i have linked it as my home page. Click on my name to the left, and then click on visit my home page..

i like the website a lot, the intro is good... i also really like how you have links to similar pages and or home page of those similar pages (for example services, if you click on comprehensive, at the top you have the options to go to the other 2 or back to services...

... the page moved to the right after i started clicking through things and moves back to the left when i go back to homepage...

...you should include a link to homepage on every page, or on the top or bottom of the column on the left side...

haha one thing that really pops out at me, and not really a bad thing but just weird, is how your logo/sign reminds me of the UPS one... i guess it's just the color and the style (3 letters in a box) but it was pretty funny...

anyway, that's all i can think of after browsing through it... overall i really like everything, one of the best i've seen

i'm going to PM you in a few minutes with some questions regarding the website, since i hope to build one in the near future

hope this helped a little..

oh.. one other thing that i personally don't like, so i don't know how much my opinion means to you... the contact link goes straight to microsoft outlook... and, like i said, i would much rather see an email (maybe even linked to outlook) that i can copy/paste into an e-mail client i use, instead of having outlook open, copy the address, then paste into my email client...

again, this is all personal preference, so idk what the majority of people out there prefers

The contact page will be seperate with my info no links.. I hate outlook

That was the only issue I could see with your page, good to see it'll be changed, though.

Looks like a great website. Classy, simple, clean. :2thumbs:

Question on services; the comprehensive says "3 month return visit: "; do you go back for the cost of the initial detail? It's confusing. In general the packages seem a little weird to me; are you going to break them down at all? Having only three, with two being quite extensive, may turn some customers off. That might be the route you're going though (which I would understand).

I love the calendar, great idea and implemented well.

Overall I think it's a very good design. The shifting thing mentioned above will go a long way towards solidifying the design.

the three month return in many ways is a chance for me to keep up with the car. Make sure the exterior trim, and interior trim are living up to my expectations. It is a premium on top of the comprehensive detail. As i talk to the customer i make that clear. 90% go for the comprehensive and 10% for the Prep for sale.

I will in the future be thinking of a weekly wash program. I am not likely going to seperate interior and exterior details. The few that i have done have not proved a good fit for my work flow.

I can and will highly recomend him and his team This whole website,+ buisness cards, and trailer wrap design will run about 950. To me that is more than reasonable.

Aaron, I quickly looked at the site, and got a few comments...

1. i like how the site is in the middle now

2. for reviews, i think you should incorporate some kind of blog system or whatever it's 3

3. i like how you have a photo of a different car for every menu, but i think you should have different makes of cars to show more variety... i'm sure you can dig up some photos of the cars you've done

called, so that customers don't have to sign up for any website or anything, rather just leave their review right there on your page... if i'm satisfied with your detail, i just want to go to your review page, type my name and comment (and maybe car make)... that's it

will look at the website thoroughly later and let you know if i see anything else

Pretty solid site from what I can tell. Just one thing to point out though: on the "Services" and the "Calendar" pages, you refer to your business in third-person plural ('we') and on the rest of the pages you refer to it as first-person ('I'). It's a minor detail, but going through the site I'm wondering whose doing what and how many people are involved.

Very nice design. I don't like the reflections of the light in the homepage BMW windshield. It draws your eye away from the shiny hood. Other than that, it is great.

Nsain, that is being fixed today. Thanks for the excelent catch.

I like it centered also,

the review page is independant of my site. People can write or put anything they want there. Every customer gets the link to the reviews during my initial phases of estimating their cars. I have seen to many local web pages with Shill reviews. This gives me a level of credibility other detailers in my region do not have. I prefer this way.

I thought about a rolling image that would change every time the page was changed. I discarded this idea for a couple of reasons. 1 that is what the gallery is for. , 2 it removes another point of reference inside my site. Making navigation that much trickier. I whole heartedly subscribe to K.I.S.S. Keep it simple stupid. I believe giving the readers points to navigate across that are as much subconcious as they are written to a valuable thing.

hey aaron... sorry to be so picky but... i was looking through your website and in the gallery, under the ONR tutorial, under the photo where you list the supplies, you said grit gaurd

might want to fix that haha
