Moderator if this post is out of place, I'm sorry.

Have many of you guys tried/use the wind/rain deflectors that you install around the top/side of your windows ? They seem to be made of the same type plastic that is used in hood bug deflectors.

If you have experience I would appreciate what you think of them?

have them on all of the trucks I have owned and love them. plastix by megs makes them look like new. and the really help with cutting down on wind noise and letting you crack the window on rainy days.

I have them and LOVE them. I believe mine are the Draw-Tite brand but they serve the same purpose.

It nice b/c I can leave the windows cracked all the time in the summer and not worry about rain. You can also leave them cracked when going down the road and its raining.

Mine are the "in-channel" which means you are in the channel that the window is in. I really dont like the ones that stick on, they usually fly off going down the HW..

I have Vent shade on both of my trucks and the g/f Toy RAV4, love them. the ones on the 91 are original put them on 6 months after I bought the truck that was 15 yrs ago. never a problem. these are the ones that use double face 3M tape.
