Seen this video about a year ago,very interesting.I don't know how much of this technology is available for the consuming public but I'm sure it's not inexpensive let alone haven't heard much about it since.
 
Too much technology. I don't want my car to know my name and I don't want instant accessibility. Reminds me of the new BMWs where you can't even check your own oil with a dipstick or change your own battery.

But I do enjoy your contributions about glass. Keep them up and thank you.
 
Thanx for your comments. Personally I have a love/hate affair with technology. I love learning about it. But it can be a real aggravation. Like when my own car locks me out. Or when I hit the wrong button and the alarm goes off. Having to replace a two thousand dollar smart glass windshield for inspection because of defective electronics wouldn't exactly put a smile on my face either.

Hey Henry,

I think that's pretty cool / amazing but the advancements in technology are taking place faster then most can comprehend. Also, with this technology comes those who will use it irresponsibly and illegally to spy on regular folks like you and me... George Orwell s 1984....

Unfortunately most of this distrust is pointed smack dab at Washington DC...
