While i wait to either buy a PC, or find a pro to correct my paint...
Sounds like you are new to detailing and are looking for a solution you can do by hand.
BTW - You have not told us what make, model and color the vehicle is?
Glazes that are applied before wax have fillers that will hide some swirls temporarily.
IMHO - Black Hole is a dark product and is probably better suited for a dark/black paint.
For applying a glaze by hand I would probably recommend ClearKote Vanilla Moose Hand Glaze.
Although glazes with fillers have been discussed I might recommended a different approach for you.
Meguiar's has two products "Ultimate Polish" & "Ultimate Wax" that you may wish to check out.
Ultimate Polish can be used by hand and has rich polishing oils that give a visual pop.
Follow MEGS Ultimate Polish with MEGS Ultimate Liquid Wax to seal the paint.
MEGS UW is a brand new "clean sheet of paper" 100% synthetic formula.
The liquid UW will not stain trim and takes 15-20 minutes to do a car.
The stuff in the UW paste that makes it a paste can stain trim.
The longevity from the UW paste vs. UW liquid is the same.
The look is more like Carnauba rather than "saran wrap".
Wait time 12-24 hours between coats of Ultimate Wax.
Although I like paste for therapeutic reasons ...the UW liquid is easier, faster, same look, same longevity and won't stain trim.
(It's a no brainer 4 me)
If you're wanting to "remove" defects in the paint, IMHO another product would be more appropriate. MEGS 105/205 with a DA.
