Wax/Sealant Dusting

I am sure there will be dusting no matter what you do. But I am curious to know what waxes/sealants people are finding that dust the least.

for a sealant, Zaino (Z5 and Z2) does not really dust (at least not in the handful of times I have used it). I get a decent bit of dusting when using collinite 845, but it is so easy to use, looks good and is durable so I keep going back to it.

If you use a W-O-W-O approach you won't get dusting, and some people use that with waxes as well as sealants.

But honestly, I don't get an appreciable amount of dust with *any* of my LSPs. It's probably because I apply them all very thin...remember that all the LSP residue you buff off is wasted product/time/effort, all that matters is the miniscule amount that stays bonded to the vehicle. If you're using an ounce of LSP to do a Suburban you're using more than is necessary.

Thanks everyone. By the way, when I say dusting, I mean dust attraction well after you have applied LSP. I am interested in products that collect the least dust over time.

Ah, that's different! I completely misunderstood the Q :o

Bwhaha, I figured that, but the phrasing of your question is open to interpretation.

Dust happens. Wash.

Thats exactly what bigjim was talking about as there is zero dust attraction with UPGP.I love using pinnacle souveran but the dust that it attracts just drives me nuts.

So this UPGP sounds interesting.... I really dont mind how wax/sealant look. As long as they are durable, and hopefully dust less, then I am happy.

wow, this stuff aint cheap at 20 bucks for 4oz. do i have to used the mf applicator or a foam applicator will work as well?
