Ok, i may get flamed for this but i really like the way gold class looks on my truck but it is not durable at all. Is there a way to top gold class with something to make it more durable but not take off the shine (The deep crystal system step 3 wax prehaps). Or should i just get a good cleaner wax and still be able to accomplish the same results as with gold class (mothers california gold carnuaba cleaner wax for example). Thanks in advance for the help.

You're not going to get much durability out of most of those cleaner type waxes. If you want a deep wet shine like GC, but want more durability, try #26, or #16, from Meguiar's.

The deep Crystal is more along the lines of "consumer quality". It will give you decent results but the # 26 or #16 are the "professional line" and I feel you would benefit more w/ durability from #26 or #16. Just my .02
