Wax buildup & Gunk

Can someone give me any info on removing the wax and or gunk buildup that finds its way around and inside emblems without scratching the paint? There must be some way to get into the corners to remove this but at this time I am at a wits end. Thanks

I use some QD and a soft brush to get around it. You sould use a qtip or even a toothpick wrapped with a shop towel. Sometimes I sort of "floss" it with a paper towel or something like that. It takes some time to do sometimes, but that is what 'detailing' is all about. Its the little details that count.
