wax and sealant test over OC, can your eyes tell the difference?

Ok, so over the last week I had cleaned my car and decided today to try some of the products I have here. These are in no particular order, and while I realize the pics are taken at different angles and such, I tried to make the test as fair as possible, so there are multiple shots of each one.



Each of the 4 panels have 3 different either wax or sealant on them, one of the panels was simply cleaned with an ONR QD I mixed up. The opti-coat on the car is appoximately 1 year old and has 14k miles on it. The car has not been buffed since the OC was put on it, so there is some slight marring on certain areas.



The following products were used:



DG105

Opti-seal

Collinite 915

ONR QD



All products had at least 24 hours to cure. So in no particular order, here are the pics:

BTW, yes I know the test is flawed in several ways, but I don't have a huge garage to even things out a bit more, so I had to make due with taking several shots of each panel.
 
lol, at least someone at least tried to tell. In person it's probably about the same as well. Very hard to see much, if any difference. It's going to be more about which one holds up better, but I thought it would be fun to see if anyone could actually see a difference in the panels.
 
Really hard to tell in pics, even if it is your own car. Which one ended up being slickest?
 
Ok, no one's gonna guess lol. Anyway, here are the following...



Fender: Collinite 915

Front door: 2 coats DG105

Rear door: Opti-seal

Quarter panel: ONR on top... collinite 915 on the bottom panel (threw that in to see if anyone could spot the difference.



I have to be honest, thus far, the OS didn't seem to make much of a difference. The ONR actually seemed to bring the flake out a lot, more than the others, however, the 915 runs a very close second (this is in person and obviously easier to see. As far as which one will last the longest, i'll work on that. I am going to get some distilled water and a little sprayer so that it simulates rain and dew a little more and make a little video of how each one beads up against the others if you all are interested in seeing the differences?



I will say that the OC's beading has become rather dead looking and I may start ruffing up the other side of the car and adding another layer of the OC, just to see how that does. For several months it does very well, but it definitely sort of dies down after that. I know it's still there, but certainly not the same.



If I get a sample of 22PLE I will also apply that to the other side on the other panel to see the difference in looks and beading and how long each one does what.
 
Update:



No pics, but I stripped off my OC and applied 22PLE. I am going to post pics of it, but I am waiting for it to cure.



Anyway, upon stripping the 3 LSP's off, out of the 3 surprisingly the opti-seal seemed to hold up well to soaking the side of the car with super clean and distilled water. I thought all of it would come right off. The collinite 915 didn't fair well at all. The DG (which I expected would hold up the best) was ok and still beading somewhat after being soaked down and then wiped off, but the OS still was beading very well at the end.
 
I'm surprised OS faired the best. How does the 22PLE look compared to your fav, DG105?

Well, without it being cured completely (which claims it takes up to 5 days I like it. It looks very similiar. Very candied and glassy like multiple coats of DG always gave me.
