ebpcivicsi said:Evidently, whatever silicone/wax emulsion(or whatever it is) clogged the fibers in my towel. I was using a dedicated WWMF towel when drying with WAUD. After about two months of weekly use the towel stopped absorbing and began pushing the water around. I washed it several times with a host of detergents and white vinegar, nothing helped. The towel now repels water. To make sure it was the WAUD and not the towel, I duplicated the results with a blue microtex MF from wal-mart. I love WAUD, but not at the expense of my towels.
Eliot Ness, thanks I will try that. I remeber an old thread where someone's towels were repelling water and there was talk of boiling them.
