Water stains on cloth seats

Has anyone tried the Mr Tuffy carpet brush from CMA? The one that you use with the PC.

Ok I have searched around before coming here and the question is has anyone tried removing water stains from cloth seats using a 50/50 mixture of water & vinegar sprayed on the stain to remove that water ring? I googled water stain on cloth seats and in a few sites it said to try this method and it should work. Just wondering whether anyone tried it./

I havent tried it but I wouldnt be supprised if it worked. The instructions that came with my aztec extractor mentions vinegar alot in recipes for removing certain stains.
