Waste of Time?

Don't you hate when customers continually reschedule?



First Wednesday, then thursday, and now the nicest day of the month, he calls again, "I can't get it started, it worked fine and everything last night, but I can't get it started".



I didn't tell him anything, just sat there listening, but I was thinking in my head, "what a way to finish off the season". :sadwavey:
 
Had one like this and heres what my dad told me to do (plenty of customer service experience owning his own biz).





Next time they call, let them know you are booked for 3 weeks in advance. Tell them that you will call them if someone cancells on you.



Call them the night before a nice large rainstorm and let them know that you have an opening. Hmm, they dont want there car detailed on a rainy day? Funny, I didn't want you to cancel repeatedly.



Obviously they won't accept, so you keep playing this cat and mouse game til they get the point.
