I know it sounds silly but i havent washed my own car for at least 9 mos .. my recovery from back surgery is going well . i waited until wifey left for work then i sprung ..ok creeped ..into action ..:crazy: man it had some ground in dirt the drive thru doesnt get ,, it went well then i dressed the tires and my trim .. the trim was looking very dry . i spent today in bed but it was worth it .. no i didnt do any bending .. i got on my knees to get the lower part of the car .. it might not sound like much but it felt good to see my car looking good .. i had to fight every impulse i have to not get the pc out and wax it real quick but i knew that could hurt me .. ive got to take baby steps ... im walking 3.5 mi 5-6 days a week already and it is helping my recovery .. anyway thought id share my progress ..i had spinal fusion on l5 s1 on july 30th..for those who dont know ...later :dnaughty
