Most of the dealerships in southern cal. use cheap illegals to clean the cars. My friends who have had dealership accounts always say they try to get the cheapest rate, and keep the bottom line nice and fat.
I agree with Applied Colors too. Except that if you have volume to deal with, maybe you need one other person who you know is a hard worker. Pay them well enough that they take their job seriously or make them your junior partner
