Wait a minute...is #16 gone or not???

From what I understand it's an offence to sell a product that isn't VOC compliant to the relevant states as it is to buy it. So as an example if someone in California wanted #16 they couldn't just source it from a shop or mail order from another state..... I may be wrong though.......

I live in California, and have had no trouble ordering #16 in the mail.

I just got two cans of #16 direct from Meg's a couple of weeks ago. Now, it no longer appears on their website, apparently replaced by #20 Polymer Sealant.

Has anyone used this new stuff yet?

There must be other products in the US that need to be banned first before a car wax!

I couldn't have said it better myself. The irony of ironies! Never mind the soot breathing behemoths of the highways . . . ban the wax. I swear the politicians have lost their minds

Yeah, I read JM19's post and busted out the Visa once at Autogeek.

Yes, the deal at Autogeek is fantastic if you're looking to stock up on the remaining supplies.

I did not post a link as I am not too familiar with Autopia's rules on posting merchandise for other retailers. I do not have any affiliation with Autogeek, and I felt that the deal is just too hard to pass up for those like myself who have a loyalty to #16. :up

I decided to get one can from SMP for $11.50 instead. My current can of #16 is almost full, so now I've probably got enough for 50 cars or more.

I just jumped on that deal! I pay $11 per can from my distibutor, so for 95 cents more, I get an mf towel and two foam pads....plus I don't have to deal with Dallas traffic. In addition, once you type in 'autopia' as a discount code, you get 10% off.

I picked up a bottle of Optimum Car Wax too, I like it as a booster between waxes.
