I bought an LCD cleaning kit a while ago that came with microfiber cloth of this exact material. This same type of cloth is also available at various dollar stores, packaged differently for household uses. Never occured to me that it'd be used on automotive applications. Personally this doesn't feel like a material that would work great on leather or auto paint.
