at the last minute I decided to wash the car last night 7:30PM, finished at 10:30pm ( talked too much with a friend while working)

wash

vm - applied to the whole car with a foam pad then wiped it off with mft

exp - same as vm ( very easy to remove)

next week I will work the paint (just doesn't look good enough) with a wool pad and IP.

ip

fp

vm

exp

#16 (maybe)

Very very nice.....:up

Is it the camera angle or do you have an issue with your back tires and rims????

Paint looks great! Very wet looking.

Sorry, but I can't help but laugh whenever I see those rear tires though lol

Thanks!

It is your right to laugh at my wheels, no big deal.

You just reminded me how many times I had a chance to push Mustangs in winters on the road because of their inability to handle even the least amount "water" :p :p :D

Nice work.

Euro look? Must be a different part of Europe to me :)

More like a "RWD look" rather than a "Euro look" (although a bunch of Euro cars like Mercs and BMWs are RWD, thus running wider tires in the rear) Why someone would want that look on a FWD car is beyond me :nixweiss but to each his own...

anyhow, the paint looks good... I've found that EX-P is a little too thick for my liking to apply by hand, so I apply it using a finishing pad with my PC.

This isn't the Click and Criticize Mods section

Paint looks extremely nice. I like that combo on that color.

I am surprized that a comment like yours would come from a Europian. Belgium, Germany, Austria, Holland, is where you would find the Euro look. That is how I learned about it. Now I don't feel the need to justify what I spend my own money on, but here is a link for you to see what I mean.

Very nice and wet. Good job. I'd re-think the wool pad though. Try something a little less aggressive first and take it from there.

I'll see what ip and a yellow pad will do. Most cobwebs are out but I notice some waterspots and those bother me.

Thanks!

my PC was at my girlfriend's house and I just couldn't wait to try the vm/exp. I know what you mean about the thickness, however exp came off very easily even though it applied it pretty thick in some areas. It was very dark by that time.

Thanks!

LOL, listening to all the crap you get about those tires has got to get old. I'd post a disclaimer "Yes, the rear tires look strange. Yes I know that, and yes it is supposed to be that way". :D

Lookin good, I agree about skipping the wool pad. Its definately going to be overkill.

Paint looks great! Very wet and glossy!

At least your wheels don't stick out 6" from the fenders like I see around here. ;)

andriver - thanks man.

GoodnClean - thanks and if you don't mind I will put this in my signature: disclaimer "Yes, the rear tires look strange. Yes I know that, and yes it is supposed to be that way".

I like the look and that is all that matters to me.

In real life I get lots of compliments (although I am fine either way and if someone doesn't like it? They can buy me something different) and never had the tire mentioned. It's all good.
