I found this article: http://autopia.org/kb/index.php?page=index_v2&id=32&c=16

And this post by DavidB for detailing glass and removing spots: http://autopia.org/forums/showthrea...ow to remove water spots article&pagenumber=1

Although its not recommended to use any Alcohol based glass cleaners on a car's interior, I found this formula by "Consumer Reports" rates this to work better (and much cheaper!) than most commercial window and kitchen sprays. Alcohol is the secret ingredient, and what commercial window washers use. Safe on most but not all household or auto interior surfaces.

I added vinegar and less water:

ammonia 4 oz

alcohol 16 oz

dawn 1 teaspoon

vinegar 64 oz

water 43 oz

total 128 oz
