Victoria Concours quick review

Hi guys. Kinda new to this forum. Anyway I am not in the detailing business full time anymore but do 1 or 2 cars a month for friends in the car club I am part of here in Port Saint Luice.

Anyway, back in Dec I sold my beloved 00 SS Camaro as my wife and I are having our 2nd child and I needed a newer daily compared to the crap box I was driving. So out with the camaro and in with a 06 Torrid red GTO. Fun little car and has a bunch of nice add ons. After buying it and doing what every detailer does I gave it a really good compounding/polishing and waxing plus a full interior detail. I had been searching around for another wax to try and came across the Victoria Concours Red Wax. It took some time to get here from Canada but it was worth the wait.

My GTO stays pretty well kept but in all fairness to trying the wax I went ahead and gave it a quick polish with a white LC pad and TurboWax finishing polish. First thing I liked about the product was the packaging. The container has a nice screw on lid and has the directions clearly printed on the front. So following the directions I applied the product thin and removed it before it totally dried. I did 2 coats. First coat was in the evening and then the 2nd was first thing the next morning. It left the car nice and slick and did add a little more gloss over some of the other paste waxes I have tried. Again this is just my opinion. Still waiting to see how durable it is with the Florida rain/sun. Hope you enjoy the pics. Thanks.

One last one of my Camaro that I sold :(

Graet review. Thank so for sharing. I have some small samples of Victoria Mayhem and Chaos that I still need to try as well.

Looks very, nice. Haven't heard much about Victoria's wax in quite some time.

Thanks a bunch! Always enjoy reading your reviews and opinions on certain matters. Loved the review on the Shurhold DA polisher since its the one I use and not to many others use one.

So far I like the Victoria's wax. Fairly easy to apply and remove. Just dont let it sit too long. Reminds me of how the Collonite 476s is if it sits too long.

They are available in the US from Corey over at carpro-us also.
I have always been impressed by their waxes.... They look great, last long and are very reasonable since they compare to waxes that are much higher priced.

I also like the containers and the different sizes available.

Yeah I didn't find this out from the owner until after my order arrived. Already spoke with Cory.

Saw your post over on AGO, but I think it looks even better over here ;)

And of course, I'm glad you got my PM regarding Corey and him carrying Victoria. Of course they wouldn't tell until AFTER you ordered... Oh well, lesson learned...

Happy detailing!

Thanks buddy! Yeah I have been lurking on here and AGO for awhile but just never joined. NO rhyme or reason. Glad I did finally join though.

Thanks for the pm about Corey. Stand up guy and will use him when needed for products.
