a friend of mine had me detail his camaro over the weekend, i dont have any "during" shots but i took a few after, the car came out amazing so far (still have to wax and seal it)

what was done so far:
wash
clay
wash
ssr2.5
ssr1
paint work cleanser
black hole glaze
wax - not done yet
sealer - not done yet

sorry for the 5hitty pictures, just had my cell phone on me, ill try and remember to bring my camera with me and take a few pix after im done waxing and sealing it

(dont be to harsh on me, it was my first "in depth" detail i have done)

paint on the car is 7+ years old and has never seen a coat of wax
 
that looks great, just make sure that you apply the sealant first and then top it with the wax not the other way around, you should allow at least 12 hours between sealant and wax so that the sealant cures before smearing wax into it, TD

i swapped an ls2 motor on my 94 camaro... actually the only original that was left on the 94 was the shell, rear quarter panels and gas tank. rest was gutted including my own t-tops conversion. car is now residing in florida where the new onwer is taking good care of it.

about the sealant curing for 12 hours, do we really have to let it cure for that long? i thought i could apply nattys after applying pb ex.

depends on if you are using them for looks or durability ...durability needs time, looks does not ;)
 
Since the car never sees any jond of bad weather can I just apply wax after the sealant? Don't think I should have to worry about durability being an issue? But you guys would know better than me... What do you think?
 
That is a sweet looking Camaro, I love it when people take a older car and update it with the latest technology, the LS is perfect for those type of swaps, so adaptable and tunable..
 
It is certainly a sweet looking vehicle. Must be fun to have a vehicle shine inside and out and goooo fast as well.

If it were me I would not worry about durability because if that were my vehicle I would institute a policy of daily self induced swirls just to keep it shiny. LOL!!

Your product choice is excellent, BTW.

thanks man, i did PLENTY of research before buying stuff, every single product i used worked as described and could not be happier with the results

Looking good badlander! The Poorboy's products do all work well. I have always achieved good results when using them.
