Vender for LC VC concave pads

Looking for a vender who sell "Lack Country 6" variable contact concave pads". I normally buy them from Carcaresmart.com but they have been out of stock for quite a while :think:. I did a Google search with no luck. Hope someone here can help.

Yes they are. Click on the link and have a look. I've been ordering from them for years, but now they are always sold out. I think things aren't going so well for them.

DS--maybe you can't. Hopefully you can, or at least they may be able to tell you vendors that have those pads in stock? BTW, I use them too and I think I like them better than CCS pads.

The CCS pads seem too dense in comparison with a loss of control because of the spongy feel when pressure is applied. Am I using the wrong CCS pads? Are there 6"-6.5" CCS pads for Rotary use?
 
They make 5.5" CCS pads. They're a bit "thinner" than the 6.5" pads. AFAIK, the LC pads are not necessarily DA or rotary specific.



I use both the 5.5" and 6.5" pads on my Metabo. I think I prefer standard flat pads, or the concave ones you're trying to find to the CCS pads. I really like the UK 6" pads (not available here in the US, but you may be able to get them in Canada?) And I have a few Propel pads with the scalloped edges that are very "cushy" and soft.

I guess those are considered variable contact pads but they aren't the curved edge variable contact pads.

I really wish LC would make the curved edge VC pads in smaller sizes ....
