Using poli-seal correctly

i slow my PC down to 3-4 and let off the pressure. I've mostly used a white CCS polishing pad but I have also used a grey one which is softer. I think the softer pads absorbs too muc perhaps. I love all the optimum products. I just got my 2nd quart of poli-seal!!
