Used QEW Again tonight.

Sorry I'm not Scott, but I think one advantage of using cotton towels is they are BIG and you can grab a largish towel and mop up a large area quickly. Unless you have those gonzo huge MF towels of course. ;)

Also the towels get kinda filthy sometimes so I personally just feel better not totally soiling my nice MFs. They're also cheaper than big MFs too.

Exactly. Terry cloth towels also have a real deep nap to hold dirt and grime and like 4DSC pointed out, I'd rather dirty up cheap terry cloth towels than more expensive mf towels.

Would it be better to use the two bucket wash method when using QEW? Rinse some of the crud off the mitt before loading up for another swipe?

It certainly won't hurt, but I haven't found it necessary, even with filthy cars. I just change out the QEW mixture about halfway through.

Sorry. I can't add, guys.

But I did some double checking (checked the markings on the bucket I fill w/ QEW mix)...I add four caps to a gallon and a half.

So, I am one capful strong. maybe that's why I do get some bubbles when I mix it up.

The water is really hard here too. I think that makes more suds.

I use two buckets-one wash, one rinse.

Now, where's that dang calculater?

hehe...and you can't spell either!...hahaha...just joking with you mang :xyxthumbs ...just for the record I add an extra capful myself to make *me* feel alittle more comfortable...:)

I got mine at the local RV store. They didn't carry it, but they ordered it for me. I can in about a week and no shipping :)

I used QEW for the first time yesterday! Wow, great product! I was able to wash car/wheels, and dress the tires in <1 hour, and that was taking my time and being cautious.

Couple of questions. I had to use two chenille wash mitt, the first one just seemed to get real dirty, is this normal? I used 1 MF for the final dry pass and didn't notice it picking up any dirt, so I guess that was good. Also, would it be best to do a normal wash before the normal buffing/polishing routine?

Here are before and after pics.

gagnu-actually, you will probably prefer using QEW before polishing and waxing since you won't have nearly as much water left in the body and molding seams.
