Yes, durability.



I might put it on a friends Jeep GC Overland, his wife drives it everywhere and it does not get washed that often.



Also does one kit have enough to do 2 vehicles?
 
Last time I was in LA a month ago, I was told NS has been tweaked from the initial batch. You should get a pretty lasting protection, especially in your area. Since Bob never replied, I have a feeling that he wasn't happy. Or that NS is still going and why update?

After the cure time, the dust attraction was very less compared to many premium carnaubas that I've used!

And that coupled with depth and near insane gloss levels is just amazing! :D

Sohail, Did you polish your car before applying NS? Nice gloss.

Is NS competing against Opti-seal? I was looking to get opti-seal for an easy on lsp with high gloss, depth and durability but NS is very interesting now.
 
Nothing against opti seal, it is a great looking sealant but the look of NS is top. top. top. It should also last longer.



Even Poxy will beat most LSPs in the look department.

So NS is basically a more durable and slightly glossier lsp than poxy (which is also good), yeah?
 
I just used this on a customers black XLR in 80° temps. He was completely unhappy with the finish-saying was paint looked filmy. I went back, washed the car to remove any possible excess that I missed and we both identified some remaining milkiness. So I have decided to strip it all and go a different direction. My 2 experiences with this product have let me down. If anyone wants a half used batch of NS, PM your address and get it away from me.
 
I emailed Bob. He said his wifes car from the first post in this thread sits out 24/7. NS lasted 4 months.

I've NS several clients cars and the look is unmatched by anything I've used. The clients have commented on the clarity on black, the flake sparkling and colour coming through, and the amazing gloss.



The first car I did was 6 months ago and beads water like day one.
 
Wash clay bar HD Speed HD Nitro Seal. Used Porter Cable 7424xp Polisher with HD Green Pad on speed 3. This was my first time ever buffing a car. The car had a good amount of scratches on it from using a car cover. HD Speed removed some scratches but gave it a very nice gloss. Some scratches still remain. I used too much product and did the car to quickly. Next time I will work on small sections with multiple passes (I did the whole car way too fast). It was a valuable learning experience for a novice. Two videos of the car in the garage and out in the sun. Selling this car also. 23,000 miles and mint interior.

I have no intention to make waves here or raise doubt in anyones results, findings and or opinions. However I have applied HD Nitro countless times and now have dealers offering it as there premium sealant option, and have never had a problem with it and only ever had raving reviews from dealers, clients and customers.



IMO there is nothing else on the market that compares

Jasion, the only thing I can think of that may be creating a milky or streaky appearance on the paint is possibly due to a combination of the heat but more so I would suggest it was applied a little to thin. I would urge you to give it another shot and this time use a little more Part A & Part B during the process and I am certain that you opinion will change.

Bryan, without doubting Bob in any way I simple don’t understand how Nitro only lasted 4 months. My initial test vehicle is well over 12 months since application and although I have not seen it in a few weeks the last time I did inspect it the car looked as good as the day it was applied.



And I will state from the out set that my opinion may come accross as biased due to me being the Australia distributor, however I will state and anyone that knows me will confirm. I am completely open and honest about my results and findings.



Different horses for different courses I guess

I have a daily driver outside all the time and I have noticed that rain mixing with the tree leave chemicals here in Chicago nearly destroys my lsp every time...waxes, sealants, you name it. I would think, almost all lsps last far longer in locations where it's dryer and doesn't rain much.
