Got my CQUK from Todd yesterday for 2nd place in the contest. Being impatient as I am I got to work on my GTO.

First thing I did was polish the car with Menzerna pf2500 and a white CCS pad. Then I gave it a Eraser wipe down. Ran out halfway through so I switched to IPA. Then I just followed the directions to apply the CQUK. This was my first time using a coating and it went on great. I let it cure the rest of the day/overnight before looking at it this morning.

Besides having to strip and redo one section (my fault for not wiping residue) it came out great.

Looks great.

I would highly suggest picking up some ReLoad to top your CQUK. Since you don't have ReLoad on it currently try to keep it dry for the first 7ish days while CQUK fully cures. The Reload help to prevent water spots while curing and enhances the look and protection.

Looks good, nice work.. I've been wanting to try the CQUK... But just not sure yet lol...

Thanks. I too was reluctant but winning made up my mind!!! Glad I did it
