UPP over Klasse SG

Has anyone ever tried using UPP over Klasse S G to enhance a deeper shine?







these are the steps that I used:

!. Wash

2. Clay

3. Polish

4. Klasse SG

5. UPP 4 starr

6. Pinnacle Souveran Paste wax

7. Quick detailer



Wait 12hrs between steps 4-5 and 6 before applying the next product.



AMAZING ON BLACK!!



My main question is regarding number 4 and 5. Is this something that others do?

I have noticed that by using UPP over Klasse, I get much more of a wet look.
 
I've never used UPP, but that's pretty cool that it worked for you like that. I've only topped Klasse with carnauba.
 
Wouldn't the Ultima Paint Prep remove the Klasse SG you just put down? I always assumed UPP was a paint cleaner and light polish.

Somebody else here... :think: oh sheesh I just can't remember who it was :o has done that, and he liked it too. IIRC he alternated layers of KSG and UPP too, so *IIRC* there wasn't any bonding issue.



Not surprised you get more of a wet look with UPP on top; my UPPed S8 always looks wetter than my KSGed MPV.



I don't think I'd put Souveran on it though, I'd want to be able to add more of the sealants.
